All orders are processed through Canada post which generate different fees according to delivery options and addresses. Exact price available at check out only.
Orders are processed and sent within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you immediately.
When your package is ready for shipment, we will contact you with a tracking number for you to locate it. Someone must be present at the shipping address to receive the package.
Once the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for the package. SELFISH swimwear cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, receipt of which has been confirmed by the carrier. Be sure to check with the carrier to ensure your delivery. Any unforeseen carrier delays are not the responsibility of SELFISH swimwear.
Any additional fees, taxes (for some provinces, states, or countries) or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is vital that you track your package; it may be retained at the customs and returned if the customer does not follow the procedures or pay any applicable customs fees. SELFISH swimwear will not make any refunds in these instances.
*Note: In the case of additional fees for an international shipment, we will inform you of these in advance.
Are you unsatisfied? Did you receive the wrong size? We will be happy to exchange your item or give you a credit note for the item returned. No refund will be made.
Customers have 5 working days to send us a replacement request to email@example.com
The request must include:
1. The model (SKU) and the size of the model to be exchanged.
2. The reason for the return.
3. The product you wish to replace the returned item with (model and size); or a credit note.
4. Once the request is accepted, you have 7 days to return the item. Exchange(s) or credit notes will not be issued for any items received after the seven day return period.
The item(s) returned must not be worn, washed or damaged.

5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will send you the requested item within 5 working days.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email and the tracking number of the package.
The shipment of a first-order exchange will be at our expense.
For reasons of hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the article does not comply with our returns policy. All products are carefully inspected upon shipment and receipt at our workshop.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
